A message dated April 19, 2006, and received at 12:35 p.m., was read                                
stating the Senate has passed CSHB 366(FIN) with the following                                      
amendment and it is transmitted for consideration:                                                  
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 366(FIN)                                                    
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                     
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                  
    program; and providing for an effective date."
